Homemade Whipped Cream

- 1 Pint heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Chill mixing bowl and beaters or whisk in the freezer while you gather other ingredients.
In a medium sized bowl (a bowl with high sides is helpful, it may splash at first) beat whipping cream on high speed until stiff peaks form, about 1-2 minutes. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix on low speed until combined.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Cover and refrigerate leftovers.
