Homemade Whipped Cream

Sweet dreams are made of this. I was always a passionate fan of whipped cream as a child (I LOVED spraying aerosol whipped cream straight into my mouth!), but the first time a friend’s mother served me homemade whipped cream, my passion became obsession. Now I never settle for anything less than homemade! Use it on desserts, as a filling or frosting for cakes, add a dollop to coffee . . . this luscious whipped cream is a dream come true.
